Moorage: Genoa Bay Marina
Departed Telegraph Harbor along with "Enough Time" and "JaCarol" after deliberating on our next destination. As we left the protection of the harbor, the seas were jagged from the first winds in several days. As we entered Sansum Narrows, in the lee of Vancouver Island, the chop flattened and the run through the narrows was beautiful. As we exited the Narrows, the chop returned. We tucked into a breezy Genoa Bay Marina. After our lines were secured and power cords plugged in, happy hour was held aboard "Enough Time".
We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Genoa Bay Cafe.
The next morning, as JaCarol left, it became quite breezy. We were later joined by "Papakea", "Balcori", and "Bee Dee Gee". As often happens, we convened for happy hour, which went late into the night…
I really enjoy Genoa Bay.
